( Feel free to move this topic to some other section if this is meant solely for people who Crowley was in contact during his lifetime )
This is my first post on the forums and I hope I don't seem like some beatlemaniac nut who tries to see connections in places where they don't exist, but I truly think there might be something behind this one.
Basically, my interest arouse to explore the possible connection between Thelema and Paul McCartney/The Beatles when I saw a documentary called "The Winged Beatle" (
named after the poem by Crowley )
Everybody on the forum might also be familiar with Crowley's face on the cover of The Beatles album Sgt. Pepper if no other connection might exist

You can watch the documentary 'The Winged Beatle' in the following link; it's roughly 1 hour in length.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsPCQ932vlUWhile some of the stuff is outright tinfoil-hat speculation ( Especially the parts that speculate on the "Paul Is Dead" urban -myth en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_is_dead ) it still raises some good questions how much did the philosophy of Thelema influence The Beatles and especially Sir Paul McCartney.
Also Paul McCartney's album released 2007 ( Memory Almost Full ) has credits attributed to himself by the title of very strange coincidence: "His Royal Highness the
King of Cosmania" which turns out to be an anagram of "
Son of Magickian"
I'm not suggesting that Sir Paul McCartney might be the magickal heir of The Beast 666 himself

but this whole stuff atleast seems to be some massive inside joke done by Sir Paul and The Beatles.
Feel free to speculate if this thing aroused your interest even a little bit. I will share more of my theories if I'm not viewed a complete lunatic after this entry post.
( I'm also sorry for my funny English, it's not my first language so some of the sentences may turn out a bit crazy )
