There are two but one of them is not by Crowley. The self portrait on Lashtal is the real one. The picture was exhibited at the 'An Old Master' exhibition in London in 1998. I did not go but have the catalogue. In the catalogue was an insert. There are also two of these inserts and they also differ. One is about European A3 size and on white paper the other slightly smaller and on cream coloured paper. The physically smaller, cream coloured insert bears slightly more information and from this I quote:
Gemini xiv [1918]
Oil on board.
49 x 35cm
Collection of David Jaques
Self-portrait as {greek letters} (The Great Beast, Logos of the Aeon)
The title The Master Therion 666 given above is Crowley's from
Kenneth Grant, Remembering Aleister Crowley (London, Skoob 1991) p25
A posthumous variant copy by another artist was published in John Symonds,
The Magic of Aleister Crowley (London, muller, 1958)
First published in 1993 as a limited edition of 666 lithographs by David Jaques,
Baphomet 93 Ltd.

Thanks for the info. After an extensive Google search, it doesn't appear to be available anywhere. However, Weiser Antiquarian is selling "An Old Master", and would currently appear to be the most direct means of obtaining some form of a reproduction of the painting.
With that said I'll just leave a long-term, open offer here to generously purchase any high quality print of this painting. One of the lithographs by David Jaques which you mentioned would be fantastic, or something comparable.

Hi there.
Thanks, OK, for the info about the insert. Now I know that I have the slightly bigger one on white paper, and I see it contains slightly less info:
1
The Master Therion 666
[Self-portrait as {greek letters} (The Great Beast, Logos of the Aeon).]
Gemini xiv [1918]
Oil on board.
49 x 35cm
Collection of David Jaques
I don't have a high quality print, but a quite decent high-res scan of the painting (nearly European DinA4 by 300dpi). If you PM me your e-mail address, withigo, I can send it to you and you can check if it is okay for your purposes, if you like.
