If you search this site for "Caduceus Books" or "Weiser Antiquarian" you could probably very quickly obtain one.
For a signature, though, you might well have to think in figures rather larger than you've estimated! |

| There was a few on ebay about a year or two ago for £500-£1000 I seem to remember. The big selling point was weather Crowley would have licked the stamp on the envelope. |
