After going through a search in the forum, had noticed a couple threads referring to auctions that were on ebay. I am confused as to why they were not deleted after reading, initially, the posting of publicizing an auction was prohibited. Have noticed a rare book on the aformentioned and thought that other appreciators would be all to happy to find out about it. What are the stipulations in the forum of notifying the group to that?

The auctions you found would have been from before that rule was introduced. We still don't allow auctions here.
