Brocade Acquires Therion Software

Brocade Communications Systems Inc., a maker of software for connecting corporate storage systems and servers, on Wednesday said it acquired Therion Software Corp. for about $9.3 million in cash.
The company acquired all the remaining outstanding shares of Therion, a privately held developer of software management products, and assumed all of Therion's outstanding stock options.
