The price was raised a little, from $37 to $49. User-sold copies of this premium hard-cover have sold for hundreds of dollars – in fact, prices in excess of $2,000.00 per copy have been listed on Amazon and eBay. (Today, Amazon lists used and new copies priced from $750 to $2,000.) We are pleased to again make the original available to interested parties for under $50.
