Consequences: Crowley, Cefalu and the I Ching
An evening with Gary Dickinson

Thursday 15 July 7:30pm The Atlantis Bookshop.
£10

On 1 March 1920 e.v. Crowley asked the I Ching whether he should spend that summer in Cefalu. The ancient Chinese oracle responded favourably with Hexagram 26, Great Accumulation. Crowley later wrote that it was ‘solely on this indication that I went to Cefalu – with all its vast consequence’.

This evening, Gary Dickinson reviews Hexagram 26 in relation to Crowley’s experiences at the Abbey of Thelema and his work on the I Ching during the Cefalu period with particular reference to The Lost Lamen of Telepylus: The Icon of Thelema.
Due to the popularity of Gary Dickinson as a speaker early booking is advised.
