New library
Thanks to the labor and skill of our site librarian Craig Dickson, a new online OTO library is available for your reading pleasure. Over the coming weeks, the old library section on the main site will be phased out in favor of the new dedicated library subsite (lib.oto-usa.org). Links to the old documents will continue to work through automatic redirects to the newer versions on the library subsite…
