For many years I wanted to build a dynamic thelemic calendar, it took me a long time to work out how and even longer to find a window of time in which to do the necessary engineering work.
Yesterday, I am pleased to announce an early version is ready to preview: Nu Yi Dao

Comments & feedback welcomed.

Nice work! Can you provide thoughts on why you chose those specific colours for Sun & Moon?

And of course, now I have a feature request; would it be possible to add labels providing the exact degrees for Sun & Moon in the Signs?

I chose gold for the sun, as reference to qabalistic tiphereth, ideally I would have chosen silver for the moon, but that was not clear enough. So I decided on a sort of Babalon red, this represents the transmission of the blood of the generations in Her womb.

As far as adding exact degrees, yes I will introduce an information panel with the date & degrees expressed.
Thanks so much for taking an interest.

Yes, that was my suspicion. The red does make a good contrast as well.

Thanks for your work!

cheers,
Wm

The latest version shows the lunar phase, and number of days until new/full moon.
Quite interesting, if you were not already aware of the relationship between moon phase and sun position in the zodiac...

(I mean that the moon is full when it is opposite the sun and new when it coincides)

I've added two thoth cards to the scheme and generally tidied up.

Onward and upward. And then round again...
