93,
Has the cause of the fire in Boleskine ever been disclosed? What was the price of Boleskine House (if it is even known?) I believe that house must be in the million of dollars.
Is the Abbey in Sicily open to the public? Has anyone here visited it? What is it's current state?

I wonder why Boleskine House has no upstairs. It's really a large bungalow. Is the ground too soft for a tall building? Or was the original owner confined to a Bath chair, like Ironside?
Also, when was that building originally built?
I recall looking at extension plans for Boleskine and there was a first floor.
That's a second floor of course for us Yankee Doodles, if anyone doesn't know.
I always thought ground floor made more sense than 'first'. I mean ,you aren't on a floor. You are on the ground.
Anyway, whatever happened to your Cefalu 3d modelling, Paul, speaking of architecture?
In architecture now it's 00, 01, 02...
Yeah, I have it modelled but not looked at it in ages. I could sort out something if I get the time.
How I apply the surface paintings, without high Res images is gonna be the hard part.
You might have just kick started my engine on that!
Yeah you should go for it mate; it was looking cool.
RE the interior paintings yeah that is tough. I think Cole's Thelema revisited book has some okay photos of it, I can't recall.
Thanks for that. I was fooled by looking at the windows; in some photos they only seem to range along the ground floor.

Most everyone knows that one. Here's the problem: How can the second Duck in a row of 7 Ducks be promoted to first when he/she's not up front?
your Cefalu 3d modelling
I was intrigued so I looked it up:
Very cool! I will have to build my own Abbey and Boleskine in Minecraft. 🙂

the second Duck in a row of 7 Ducks...
Did someone mention a duck? I guess I should make an effort to reply then. This kind of conundrum comes up now and again, The Fool is 0 in one reckoning and 1 in another (are not they the Ox, and none by the Book?); if we make the alphabet represent numbers should it start with 0 or 1? etc. Counting the 1st duck as the 0th would "solve" that "problem". 🤔
Also reminds me a bit of the infinite hotel paradox. An explanation in animated form if you have 6 minutes to waste:
should it start with 0 or 1?
Eso- and exo- teric applications do vary don't they?
Here's how it works: (1) Exoterically, in the marketplace, and for online purchasing, one is advised to start with One (1), because that's the way the financial world does it, and so does Walmart.
(2) Cool mystics and angry anarchists, on the other hand (which hand? Is Zero left or right?), choose to start with Zero because Aleister said so. But he was British where floors start at Ground Zero. This approach will not work at Walmart or your local pub, because those folks want the zeros added after the first real number, not before it.
How this really applies to Floors, Black Market Stores, and Ducks, I have not figured out yet.
0? vs 1?
To not be, or to be ... That is the Question.
Link to the Abbey plans that i also created.

If there was a basement then for Crowley 0 would actually be the second floor.
This brings to mind a good idea for a story if I was still writing fiction: A young Thelemite goes to the current ruins of Boleskine to have a 'pilgrimage' and discovers among the rubble a small gap or tunnel, hidden by thorns. He crawls in it and ends up in the previously unknown basement to Boleskine House, where he finds inside a stone wall cubby a rare powerful grimoire penned by AC. However upon attempting to retrieve it he must pass through ordeals of Abramelin demons, Djinn, etc.
