I'm with wines that foam. Would very much like to celebrate the day at the Led Zeppelin premiere. But - I'm at work...
Happy Crowleymas!

In honor of Aleister Crowley and our Webmaster, I am listening to Led Zep's Kashmir.
This song came on the radio while my 7 year old and I were heading home recently. He had never heard this (or ANY Zep as far as I know) and he said: "Dad, I really like this song. It's...a Pyramid song. It's like you're inside the Pyramid."
Aleister will forever be a topic of critique and controversy-but he spoke rightly in John St. John when he identified himself with the Bodhisattva. He laid everything on the line and gave it to those of us who would "come after."
Cheers, AC! Thanks for Egypt and AL! Thanks for Aleph and that Book of Lies! Thanks for the stories and rumors! Thanks for the skepticism and the mysticism! Thanks for a life lived on the Edge with Pen In Hand!
The Beast not only brought me to our wonderful website, he served as the medium through which I have grown and learned, met friends and made enemies.
When it comes down to it, I cannot stand "Crowleyites" but I love the Man.

I had such a wild, deranged, busy day yesterday that I forgot completely that it was the anniversary of the Old Boy's nativity.
Probably explains why it was such a wild, deranged day.
Hell, Kidneyhawk, I wish I still had that Zeppelin album; the remorseless rhythm of 'Kashmir' will be haunting my head for the rest of the day !
