Preorder Preliminary Documents By the Society Ordo Templi Orientis including the following writings by Marcelo Motta: "Thelemic Political Morality", "Of the Political Aims of the O.T.O", and "Letters to a Brazilian Mason". The book also includes the Society Ordo Templi Orientis Manifesto.

This is a sixth edition publication (year 2015) of "Preliminary Documents" by Society Ordo Templi Orientis in America. The publication is official. Let me know if you have any further questions.

"Official" by current SOTO in America? Or a 2015 reprint of docs from a prior era?

That is, is this a current manifeso with other current docs designed to let potential students know what is currently available - or is it simply a collection of historical documents?

It is "Official" as in an Official Publication by the Current SOTO in America. It contains writings from the late Marcelo Motta.

It contains a current manifesto, along with a collection of historical documents written by Marcelo Motta.

We will be releasing prints of brand new material by the Current SOTO in America in around 2 months.

The graphics seem to have discolouration down the left hand side consistent with being scans of older documents.

I'm still none the wiser tbh.

What scans are we talking about? The ones that are linked to are just back and front covers? Are there others?

Yes, The cover has been scanned in for the Preliminary Documents. It has been cleaned up (the discoloration) for future texts and publications which are not the Preliminary Documents- It was missed before it went to the printers. There is no edition of Preliminary Documents with that cover besides this new edition.
