Greetings, y'ello, and good morrow!

I first began posting in these forums over twenty years ago as Vilaven Nevaliv, still not yet twenty years old. I am returning! Anyone still here that was chatting about that Time? Intending to frequent the site but we'll see how actively posts end up happening.

Sincerely,

Happy 222 bee back,

Rebecka

Welcome back, Rebecka. I joined LAShTAL in 2004, perhaps a bit after your time.

Welcome back, Rebecka! Hopefully you'll find something to like, it's obviously quieter than 20 years ago.

I will tell you ... then you won't need to Waite and Sea.

All threads start off with a topic statement or question. The initial responses are on-topic. Then, invariably, someone throws a tomato, drop[s a turd, or spray-paints the billboard. Various personal interactions then begin, coming close to fisticuffs, interspersed with a few posts about the original topic.

Introductory posts, such as the ride we are presently riding, rarely fall into the Qliphoth described above. Folks tend to be more polite on Intro threads. Welcome back!  Nice to see you again!

However, not too many threads get Locked these days, and if they do it's Almost Always (A.'.A.'.) due to some one, maybe two, people(s) loosing their minds or control of their vehicle.

@shiva Is that Shivaji Ramos or a different Shiva? It's good to know forums haven't changed in 20 years!  Did we used to interact? Glad less posts are being locked. The trick is not feeding the bears.

Yes, it's me. The real Simon Iff (the spurious Simon Iff seems to have gone). Not a grain wiser than 20 years ago. And hello again, my drumming friend! With @christibrany it's now three certified drummers! Looking forward to the fighting as brothers!

@the_real_simon_iff Lutz...!!? YOU'RE the Real Simon Iff from these forums?! How have I never connected those dots? I've known you so long! This is blowing my miiind!!

In that case, let's see if we can start some sort of music threat relating to occult musicians using Crowley material for drum and musick-oriented magick. And brothers, sisters and others - Fight ye! I find there is a lack of musickal occultism in Crowley's work, or really any of his successors. In those that I know that do practice some, such as Danny Carey, there is an annoying lack of any record of it.

Well dick me I got a mention.

As each year passes I feel more comfortable with being insane.

I do play drums.

I practise each and every weekend.

I'm not bad

Let's please do a collab.

I have some experimental tracks on the Hermetic Library anthologies. They are fun

Let's jam Bros.

And with a name like Rebekka I love percussion.

My SoundCloud has some thelemic themed lemons. That's me being self denigrating

I love Danny Carey. He is a huge influence on my drumming in strange time signatures.

I lost some respect when he was red as a beet drunk outside the Airport last year getting arrested but we can't all be calm.

Hi Rebecka!

Welcome back!

I definitely wasn't around during your time here, I was still in grade school. 😊

Is that Shivaji Ramos or a different Shiva?

There is only one Shiva (who uses no other appendage), and I am him. No Ramos or -ji involved. Actually, another Shiva arose down under, and he is labeled "Shiva X" because he got the kingly tenth degree. I am merely Shiva IX, because I came first, and the X was withheld from me on purpose so that I wouldn't get bogged down in endless Tong responsibilities.

Formally, I am "Frater Shiva," as that is my pen name. But I mis-spelled it once and have been burdened with Farter Shiva ever since, which is a great joke.

Did we used to interact?

I came on board here in 2007. Although Iris rings a bell, I think it might just be an echo. You may begin the interaction now - Is there anything in particular you'd like to fight about ... or extol to upper heights?

I am glad to see the warm welcomes, and have detected an actual topic hidden in the reunions and assorted warnings...

Perhaps you would care to elaborate upon the invitation to yours, which would seem to be from a musician seeking to gig in the New Aeon and lamenting a lack of  a certain je ne sais quoi ~

Ultimately I suppose that the musical war is with the bar that one sets with oneself and in exceeding the boundaries of that self to a certain essence of khabs rather than some khuish din...

Good Luck!

@katrice Hard relate. I was not yet twenty as mentioned when joining these forums. Promise, you're in good hands with the admins. 😉 And I see you're keeping everyone's hands full with lots of activity and inquisitiveness. Good on ya. Keep up the Great Work.

ps. Hi Paul.

Thank you!  My mind is very insatiable, I'm always curious.

Keep up the Great Work.

I am very devoted to the Work, I sometimes call myself fanatical.
