The production files for the reprint of The Magical Revival went to the printers on Thursday afternoon, and publication will likely be in early October. By then, another of the Trilogies will have gone to the printers. The next title will be Outside the Circles of Time. Thereafter we shall work through the tiles sequentially from Aleister Crowley and the Hidden God onwards.

These are straighforward reprints of the last Starfire Publishing editions, and are being published in paperback as well as hardback format. New work will continue to be prepared for publication, such as The Selected Letters of Kenneth Grant, a project extending to several volumes, the first volume of which is scheduled to appear in the first half of 2021.

Very good news, The Magical Revival is especially timing and could even serve as a magical gesture of sorts, since as many here may have noticed, there is an actual magical revival going on, closely associated with fiction and popular culture. In the literary world there are clear indicators that fantasy, SF, horror, imaginative fiction in general, will have a significant relevance in this following decade, after decades of narcissistic literary tendencies, such as autofiction and the like. This perhaps will be paralelled in the occult by an increased relevance of currents sympathetic or associated with imaginative fiction, popular culture, etc. Pure spectulation of course, but as I said there are clear indicators that this general tendency is becoming a reality.

Thank you for the good news, Michael. One question: Will the pagination be the same as the first edition?

No, it won't. The second edition (2010) was freshly typeset, and the forthcoming publication is simply a reprint of that edition. The difference isn't much, though.
