A copyright question about an audiobook clipping
This is not a problem or a suggestion, but a legal question instead.
I have extracted a wonderful clip from Robert Anton Wilson's audiobook "Robert Anton Wilson Explains Everything (or old Bob exposes his ignorance)". In the clip RAW talks about his experiences with Crowley and what Crowley means to him.
It's a five minute clip from a six hour audiobook.
So my question is: would it be kosher to upload that clip (or a link to it) to Lashtal? Would it be "fair use" or something that's illegal?
Thank you for thinking of LAShTAL but please do not attempt to upload copyright material unless you are confident that you have the necessary legal permissions.

That's why I'm asking for help - I have no idea if that's legal or not.
I'm not even sure where lashtal.com is located (I'm guessing the UK but I'm not sure), and it's difficult to research a legal question if you don't even know what country's law you should apply.
Never mind my last post; I realized I could contact the publisher directly, and they gave me their permission.
I'll upload the clip later today or tomorrow when I have the time.
