In an Electronic archive course I recently participated in I received information from a chinese lady, who also participated on the course, on an entirely new form of Yoga (officially started in 1984, based on a 1000 years old tradition transmitted orally; a kind of derivative of Qi gong but regarded more efficient).
The main principles of this yoga is handstrokes/handmovements ca 10 cm over the body's surface. What I thought of the first time I saw the instructions was Regardies energy imagination flow exercise.
