This should excite Paul, as I know he is a fan of this classic book. I discovered this book from an advert in an old Sothis back issue. Luckily I tracked it down and found it to be a fantastic survey. Highly recommended!
To be re-released by Salamander and Sons.

Lol, you mentioned it was good when I noted discovering it in a thread a while back. You are the only other person I have spoken to who knows of this lost treasure...
and yeah I stalk you too. Open the curtain just a bit, I cant see your screen.
