Apparently, although totally ignored by the British media, a BLM movement protest has mutated into a cordoned-off area of Seattle USA where people have declared an 'autonomous zone' free of police and government.  However the Mayor of that state is ok with all.   It's been named 'Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone' (CHAZ), an experimental Thelemic community or just another controlled temporary Woodstock- Summer-festival type of situation?

It is now the "Capital Hill Occupied Protest" (CHOP). Cops tried to enter today and were repulsed, after two people were shot under unclear circumstances; at least one of the people shot died. CHOP/CHAZ is getting near saturation coverage on all right-wing media here, mostly obvious lies. There is free food distribution, and most businesses are as open as anything is in these COVID-19 times.

Seattle is a big anarchist/antifa town, so this experiment has a better chance there than most places in the US, and the Mayor has been very supportive, so far.

This is anarchists/antifa/antipolicing folks, not Thelemites, and it is real, autonomous, and not subject to anyone's control. But as i have argued often, anarchism and Thelema have a lot of overlap.

Yeah I've recently watched some American right-wing news channels piecing together Goebbels-like montages showing it all in the worst possible light.  Seattle an Antifa-intense zone, never knew that.

Seattle is a port, so the biggest union is the longshoremen/dockworkers, who are the most radical large union in the US. They closed all the west coast ports on Friday for Juneteenth this year, for example, and had Angela Davis (retired college professor ex-Black Panther, ex-Communist Party USA Presidential candidate) as their speaker at the rally in Oakland.

A big union town generally, in a strongly Democratic state, and a strong radical tradition going back to the early 20th century. And there are lots of hippies, lots of punks, etc. Very few black or Latin folks though.

To get the total opposite point of view on what's going on there from Fox/Murdoch media, try anarchist/antifa news site itsgoingdown.org

CHOP/CHAZ trying to deal with another shooting, no info i've seen anywhere about these shootings' cause/perps:

Fairly difficult to determine a cause and perpetrators when the investigating LEOs are getting chased off by the loony mob 'running' the place.

I see that not having police around is leading to an increase in violence.  Who woulda thought.

As far as i know, there has been no increase in violence in that area; recall that violent crime is fairly common in US cities in policed areas. There was at least one murder in that area last June, when it was still under police occupation.

There is no "mob", no one is "running" anything. Obviously no one is cooperating with any "police investigation".

Having lived on many intentional communities and know what it takes, CHAZ will almost certainly descend into a Lord of the Flies shit show!

The average Antifa member is too emotional immature and stuck in still rebelling against their miserable middle class lives to come up with anything visionary.

Do What Thou Wilt?

Extremely unlikely!

Do what you want is going on at CHOP, not really Do what Thou Wilt.

Yes, you are right. it is absolutely unknown for a person to get punched in the face in a policed area. This is a thing that literally never happens. Oh, no, wait, it is commonplace. What cops do when this happens is fill out some paperwork.

But every instance of violence in CHOP is because there are no cops.

And you do seem to realize that a literal state-propaganda network run by a fascist dictatorship may not be an entirely reliable source, on anything.

I mentioned Seattle is a big left town- it also has a large Proud Boy/Nazi/white power element, who have been very much present in this anarchist space, seeking to foment trouble

It seems there are two categaries of anarchy: (1) Noble anarchy, and

(2) lower, or lesser, anarchy.

I guess this is why Baphomet wanted to create "aristocratic communism."

Do what they want is going on in CHOP you say?  What we want is more black men and women feeling comfortable about joining the U.S. police force.  We want racist politicians to be called out and seen as the clowns that they are, whatever colour they are.

CHOP has nothing to do with african americans joining the police force. There are plenty people 'of colour' on the police force.

Seattle Businesses, Residents Sue City for ‘Extensive Harm’ for Allowing ‘Autonomous Zone’-

I hope these business owners get proper restitution for the violence, extortion and vandalism they have been undergoing:

That thing needs cleaned up.

Criminality is not going to honour the life of Mr Floyd.  Well maybe it is an homage by acting as he sometimes did.

Of course I support equal rights for all, but I do not support racism against whites, blacks or anyone, such as BLM is performing.  The fact that this organisation is being lauded by many corporate 'sponsors' while preaching hate towards nonblacks is mind boggling.  A cofounder of the organisation said whites were 'subhuman' and 'pls god give me the strength to not kill white people today'  Not to mention venerating a violent criminal simply because of his wrongful death.  The cop was wrong, and so was Mr Floyd.  We truly are in clown world.

'pls god give me the strength to not kill white people today'

I haven't ever known a black man who doesn't say that to himself every single day after, at the latest, puberty; see, for example, the quote from my Israelite pal in a recent thread.

You live in a country where it is controversial tearing down statues of of traitors who killed American Soldiers, and Sailors, Marines, and i believe even a couple Airmen (from a balloon) at a higher rate than any foreign enemy ever has.

Statues of traitors who killed these Americans, and started a war against the United States, in defense of their God-given right to own black folks as property, and the God-given right of white men to buy, sell, torture, rape, and kill black folks at will, provided property rights of all white men concerned were accounted for.

And a country, where, after the slaves were "freed" after that bloody war, the same United States government that fought against the traitor slave "nation" has worked ever since to ensure white supremacy, and the second class (on a good day) status of black folks.

And you wonder that black folks need a lot of self control?

I hope you aren't saying its okay for them to be racist, and only them? Kind of seems like it.  Sort of like that other old trope 'black people can't be racist' lol

PS I mean I get it, blacks have indeed had a hard time in history but when you compare how they are treated in say, China, or even in parts of Western Europe like Spain and Portugal, Ukraine, parts of Germany, they have it WAY better in the States.  You see almost no self made millionare black people in those countries.

And when you say you havent known a single black person to not say that to themselves eveeryday, how do you know? They were saying it 'to themselves'

I had plenty of black friends growing up in the DOD school, and in the Army, and none of them seemed to have a difficult time remaining part of a team and being good friends, and showed no signs of, nor posted publicly, or stated publicly like the BLM founder that they wanted to kill white people lol.

Your friends must have been quite extreme fringe types.

that other old trope 'black people can't be racist' lol

Obviously, American black folks can, and do, have attitudes towards others rooted in race. They'd be damn fools not to notice that some white folks think shooting them is good fun, and that American courts often agree. And that others just won't rent or sell them housing they can afford, or cross the street, or clutch their purse, or pat that concealed iron, when they see them.

But to say, as one must to say "Black folks can so be racist!", that "American blacks are racist, in that Blacks

  • Systematically use the superior wealth they have amassed due to centuries of owning whites as chattels to keep whites in a permanent second-class status in society, and
  • Systematically use the superior wealth amassed during the subsequent 160 years of a banking and legal system that prevented whites from amassing wealth, owning property, or passing on wealth or property to their children to keep whites in a permanent second-class status in society, and
  • Have, for 160 years, prevented whites from voting, while demanding that they pledge allegiance to, and render military service to, the black nation that relegates whites to a permanent second-class status in society, and
  • Have, for 160 years, used the criminal justice system to control uppity whites unhappy with all this, by killing, and incarcerating whites in enormous numbers that are far out of proportion to their population representation, or rates of committing crimes, to keep whites in a permanent second-class status in society,"

is, i think, pretty self-refuting , even to a very conservative American such as yourself.

So can you simplify it?

It seems like you are nitpicking the semantics of thr word racist by agreeing that they 'can have attitudes rooted in race' (how PC of you?) While somehow me saying some black ppl can be racist 'self refutes.'

Do you then agree with the statement 'black people cannot be racist'? that its an impossibility?

When black folks acquire substantial political, social, financial, and physical (in the sense of killing) domination over whites in America, let's talk. Racism cannot exist in the absence of power. Racism does not consist , or subsist, in individual thoughts or attitudes, but rather in social structures of power and domination.

Until then, the answer to the question

Posted by: @christibrany

Do you then agree with the statement 'black people cannot be racist'? that its an impossibility?

is "Are you

  • joking,
  • stupid,
  • temporarily stupid because of solvent-sniffing or drunkenness, or
  • just pretending not to understand something you understand just fine, just like every American over maybe 6 does?"

Obviously, NO, American blacks cannot be "racist", no matter how much they might hate white folks, since they do not have political, social, financial, and physical (in the sense of killing) domination over whites.

I have answered this several times now.

You are not a dummy; you know the truth of this matter as well as i do, and as well as every other American over the age of 6 or so does. Stop pretending you don't. It's silly.

Pretending you don't understand this involves pretending you don't know a single thing about the history of this country, pretending you have never read the US Constitution (the one you swore an oath to protect and defend in the military), and pretending you have forgotten a whole lot of your lived experiences ever since you were a kid.

Hey Ignant, not to change the subject, but I was wondering, per your previously mentioned friendship with some Black Hebrews members, if you ever had interactions with the Ausar Auset Society which was based out of Brooklyn, and had chapters in cities like Philadelphia, Washington, Atlanta and a few outpost in other countries?

I frankly was very impressed by Ra Un Nefer Amen's work, and still regard it very highly, even having a  of his early works under his name R.A. Straughn.

Frankly in my estimation his work and what the Ausar Auset Society was doing, when i had interaction back in the 80's/90's was really one of the most healthy and interesting esoteric occult group interacting as a full approach to life in community of black people...that to the point, since they use a Tree of Life methodology involving dieties residing in the various sephirot, that i used to joke that they were the real A^ A^ !

The work was very much into the use of oracles, I-Ching and Metu Neter, to which public classes, where white were even invited, would center around a holistic orientation that had much to do with getting one's health together, per homeopathy, herbs, getting off of drugs, etc and into developing meditational practices, etc... to which dress and food would rotate along corresponding resonances in color, and other qualities of hot cold wet and dry, hot or spicy, etc. per the planetary resonation of the week day, to which then extended to a greater monthly references, and to which individual would so also have incarnation patters to different sectors of the Tree, and to which the rituals would involve drumming, and all of their own 777 correspondence of food, drink, color, chants, etc, to actually become possessed by the particular deity in question, where the various sephiroph on the Tree would be faculties of cognition and empowerment that the system and the Society was intended to support individuals out of their individual to a greater capability in self, and in the community.

I think people into the occult here might be so interested to know of this work of which in its earlier incarnations, writing as RA Straughn called itself something like the Rosicrucian League and used its own sort of Tarot with a one card reading system that was quite interesting, interpretation upon some of what was surfacing back in the 1960's 70's

Thanks

HG

Yeah we are Chris and here are the stats as if you need to google this anyway;  https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2014/09/03/us/the-race-gap-in-americas-police-departments.html

I'm anti-slavery.  The Romans had white slaves, Pharaonic Egypt had slaves and The Greeks even the Athenians who invented democracy would've presumably have had their own white people as slaves also.   Yes white slaves, probably even some of your ancestors were slaves. .   The Nazis also had white slaves mainly 'slavic' Eastern Europeans and Jews of course.   The Arab slave trade (7. A.D. onwards)  used white Europeans;  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arab_slave_trade#European_slaves

The use of African slaves by European Empires was a medieval period (onwards) phenomenon but it's still slavery.... so when we stand up for blacks we are actually standing against the entire history of slavery of which theirs is the most recent episode, very recent in fact on the scale of  the history of  all of human 'civilization'.

@hadgigegenraum - i thought at first you might mean the Nuwabians, but after figuring out that these guys are a) not apparently crazy, and b) located not in Bushwick but Brownsville (Brooklyn), in the part that's all like West Indian civil servants living in gorgeous 19th century brownstones in an otherwise superghetto area (the captain at the local precinct once told me "we don't work in that part of the neighborhood" (meaning there is zero crime in that part of this very high-crime area)), so...

No, i never heard of this intriguing, and apparently, not-nuts group. Very impressive chanting combining G.'. D.'. "vibration" with black church music.

So, i am astonished to say that there is an obscure Brooklyn black non-Xian religious group i never heard of. Their vibe, like the environs of their street address, is very black bourgeoisie, and they seem not to be at all black nationalist, so little surprise none of friends were/are down, but i would have expected some of their kids to show up in my classrooms over the years; can't recall any.

Thank you, my Woodchuck Comrade, for teaching me something i never knew about Brooklyn..

The Greeks even the Athenians who invented democracy would've presumably have had their own white people as slaves also.

It was the class/cast system of its day. It was established order. Every prominent Roman found it auspicious to have a Greek slave, because any common Greek knew more about medicine than Roman doctors.

CHAZ/CHOP update: It is no more; the authority of The Man has been re-asserted. This follows on two shooting deaths of black teenage males. Everyone involved refused to speak to the cops.

Gossip in anarchist circles is that these deaths were a result of a "colossal fuck-up" by CHOP armed security. Funny how that works, armed protectors corrupted by that role: "Meet the new boss, Same as the old boss"? [Pete Townsend, "Won't Get Fooled Again"]

It was only ever going to be a virus thing but it shows how leftist ideology has really took off like wildfire amongst youngish people.    There was  a guy and his wife in St Louis who pulled guns on protestors who entered his property and they are getting targeted by a progressive prosecutor Kimberley Gardner.  She wants the couple investigated for intimidating peaceful protestors.
