https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oABTn_Lbp60 "Jason Louv: Magick in the Aeon of Horus".  A lecture on what it means to be living in the aeon of Horus, NOW (fully functional or otherwise).  It's long but you'll probably get pulled in.  I myself am in my mid 40s so I've heard most of it before but there are some interesting comments on how Horus is impacting upon the Facebook generation.  I'm sure the present internet age is making things move very fast for young and adolescent occultists (evolutionary agents).  Back in the 80s and 90s we used to have to hang around libraries and/or second hand bookstores in the university part of town and/or use the postal service.  Imagine that.

The person on my TV said the word "Face" as I typed the word "Facebook" above.

In the Middle East I can't help thinking that War is the new magick. There's legions of headless one's looking for reparation. With regard to perpetrators, if they're the children of Isis then god help us when daddy turns up!

Actually, they've been at this "new" stuff for centuries. They still call westerners "Crusaders," based on French, English, etc. "invaders" from hundreds of years ago. There is also war in Africa and in the Far East, plus a revived "Cold" war with Russia flexing its muscles again.

This doesn't mean anything sigificant. So there are (current) wars all over the place. There were also wars all over during the Aeon of Daddy Asar, and there were wars all over during the Aeon of Mummy Isis. The current ISIS is an anacronym that has little to do with the goddess Isis (except they're the same letters).

Humanity has shown itself to be barbaric for ages: Them, Us, and those other guys, too.

True enough. there's also preparations going on in places as disparate as the South China Seas and the Arctic so I guess you're right. A lot of countries are also tooling up on the quiet with some heavy duty gear coming on stream by 2020. I'm kinda hoping we don't, as a species, start over with the pr-emptive stuff. The cold war was cold for a reason. Anyhow, I digress and bow to superior thinking  🙂

As I read this (at my office, no less, making this an official statement) I have browser tabs open for both Facebook and YouTube, both of them filled with comments.

Irony?  You having a bad day at thee office?  Once again, in King Louis XV's France you would've risen all the way to the top.

.................anyway.  I think Louv may be taking that phrase from Al  too literally because it really points towards the inherent uniqueness of each "spiritually aware" being, not to the mere homogeneity of electronic consumer goods and trends in social media usage.  Then again, is the latter conducive to the former, in this new age?

Apparently, according to this lecture, Blavatsky prophesied a new super race forming on the west coast of America.

Damn straight!!

Apparently Pigpen wrote "Read? - don't play it high society isn't so bad
it's the tract-house and 20,000 - 60,000 class
that's got middleclass values up to here and who
picture themselves as clairvoyant white knights
destined to save me, or us - they boil my blood.
!

Wow.

Neither.

When you post a link to a 54min video and then pull out the incredibly general "...so Louv claims that 'every man and woman is  a star' is now manifesting in personal youtube channels and Facebook pages," with no indication of what that means, where to find it in the YouTube link, or what your thoughts are on his statement and why you would like to discuss it, then the only comment I can come up with, that is in any way relevant, is the above.

I suppose I could have just joined Ayino in calling this out for what it is:

These "bozos" are the master-shamans of the super race as as predicted by Blavatsky as mentioned earlier in the thread.

Sure ::)

"The sixth sub-race (the Nova or "New" man) is already developing within the European sub-race of the Aryan Root-race. The Nova prototypes among us are called Masters, Magisters, Adepts and Amazing People, but few of them are known to the public at large. Starry-eyed advocates of Aquarius proclaim that this "New Age" is already upon us. However, we still have quite a ways to go."

"According to Blavatsky the sixth subrace of the Aryan root race will begin to evolve in the area of the United States in the early 21st century. This sixth subrace of the Aryan root race will be called the Australo-American subrace and is believed by Theosophists to be now arising from the Teutonic subrace of the Aryan root race in Australia and in the Western United States (many individuals of the new subrace will be born in California) and its surrounding nearby areas (i.e., the Australo-American subrace is in arising from the Anglo-American, Anglo-Canadian, Anglo-Australian and presumably also the Anglo-New Zealander ethnic groups). The sixth or Australo-American sub-race will "possess certain psychic powers, and for this the pituitary body will be developed, thus giving an additional sense, that of cognising astral emotions in the ordinary waking consciousness. We may say that in general the sixth sub-race will bring in wisdom and intuition, blending all that is best in the intelligence of the fifth subrace and the emotion of the fourth."

Thanks for the citation.  By the way, my erstwhile comments about this super race were done with my tongue in my cheek.

With regard to that scruffy bunch of draft-dodging bozos, it looks like these herberts could all do with a spell in the ARMY.

And ‘tis but a slip of the pen from “the master-shamans of the super race” to “super-shamans of zer master rice”.

"Sieg heil", as they say !?

As a sceptic, to me, this so called prediction by Blavatsky is no big deal.  It's a tendentious scheme of course.  Displays of "prediction" always are.  As a Victoria-era citizen, Blavatsky would've seen industrialization accelerating wealth and communications and creating an affluent class.  It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that their progeny of progeny of progeny would be exceedingly leisure orientated and seek new thrills.  Such leisure time would naturally create the conditions for a rejection of consumer-hysterics and a vacuum filling trend in Eastern body-orientated hedonistic ideas, the seeds of which, she was witnessing and encouraging, in her own time.  Well, duh, such progeny was obviously going to be caucasian and would form, most likely in the "golden state" as oppose to say, Chicago Illinois, Montreal or the English town (city?) of Hull.

Didn’t R A Wilson reckon, in terms of the westward migration of the vanguard of civilization, that it might eventually end up being Shanghai?  (Possibly it could also be Beijing, Hong Kong, Taiwan or whatever.)  Carrying on again further westwards, it would then only be a matter of a time before it ended up returning to the Middle or Near East, and then sliding backwards into Europe again via Greece, Italy (Roma) and the good old U.K.

Isn’t progress wonderful ?!

As some of the bozos might say: “♪ What a long strange trip it’s been”,
N Joy
