i am aware that there are a few different versions of the first edition release; one with a green cover and one with the brown cover and surely there were a few deluxe copies as well.
my question is regarding the brown and green covered versions. is one or the other more RARE or collectible than the other?
seems i remember something about funds running low at the end of the printing, i just can't recall.
any information here would be appreciated.
(i just purchased a very nice copy with the green cover is why i am so curious....and yes, it does have the DJ, too!)

Hello Lillittan,

There were 500 copies of Olla printed, most of which were in brown, with a few at the end in green. I guess that would make the green less common, though it isn't always an issue with collectors. There were also 20 copies specially bound by Sangorski and Sutcliffe for presentation. They were bound in a similar style to the Book of Thoth - that's the one to have! Weiser recently had one of these for sale for a few thousand dollars...
