This is a rare opportunity to purchase a vital source work for students of Thelema and the life and works of Aleister Crowley.
Published by J Edward Cornelius and his then wife Marlene Cornelius, Aleister Crowley in the Public’s Eye was published as Volume 9 of their highly regarded Red Flame series of books. It was published in 2001 in Berkeley, California, and this is one of only 156 copies printed in that first edition.
A substantial volume of about 220 pages, the contents comprise a significant number of magazine articles and newspaper reports published during Crowley’s lifetime, together with obituaries and memoirs.
This copy is in Very Good condition and would have been described as Fine if it weren’t for the usual discolouration of the outer block and some very minor bumps. The book has a very slight musty odour but it is unmarked inside.
